Located in the rolling hills near Swisher, Iowa, Cedar Ridge Distillery blends generations of Iowa farming heritage with award-winning craftsmanship to create one of the Midwest’s premier craft distilleries. Founded in 2005 by Jeff Quint, Cedar Ridge became the first licensed distillery in Iowa since Prohibition, built on the belief that Iowa, the nation’s top corn-producing state, deserved to share its homegrown bourbon whiskey with the world. What began as a bold vision quickly grew into a nationally recognized destination for craft spirits, earning honors such as American Distilling Institute’s “Distiller of the Year” and “Best American Craft Whiskey” at the New York World Spirits Competition.
