Sign up to be a vendor

Join local agricultural and retail businesses in our vendor showcase and set up a booth to promote your offerings. Event attendees and community members are invited to browse or shop at the showcase on August 3rd from 6-9pm.

Vendor Expectations & Responsibilities

  • Keep things simple. Bring a sampling – a representation of what you offer.
  • Invite another colleague along if able. You need to eat and browse for items, too!
  • Bring a personalized tablecloth or branded items for your booth.
  • Set-up times will be 3-6pm on August 2nd or 10:30am-4:30pm on August 3rd.
  • All vendors must tear down the evening of the event by 10:00pm.
  • Parking, loading, and set-up details will be communicated closer to the event.
